How To Take Part In This Bruegger’s Guest Opinion Survey?
If you’re thinking about taking part in the Bruegger’s Guest Opinion Survey, now is the time! The survey closes on September 3rd, so make sure to get your input in before then.
Here are some details about how to take part:
1. First, visit https://www.brueggerssurvey.com/ and click on the “Take Our Survey” link at the bottom of the home page. This will take you to a new page where you can begin filling out the survey form.
2. Now, enter the 16 digit survey code located on your sales receipt.
3. Click on the “START” button.
4. Next, select which restaurant you visited during your last trip to Bruegger’s Bagels and Deli. (You can also select multiple restaurants if you visited them during different trips.) You will need to enter your name, email address, phone number, and date of visit for each restaurant.
5. Complete the questionnaire by answering questions about your experience at each restaurant and rating them on a scale from 1 to 5. Be as detailed as possible! After you complete the questionnaire, click on the “Submit Your Survey” button at the bottom of the page.
Results of the survey
As part of their ongoing efforts to provide the best possible guest experience, Bruegger’s Bread Company commissioned a satisfaction survey from market research firm Ipsos. The survey polled 1,000 guests about their experiences at Bruegger’s locations nationwide. The results are encouraging for the company as they show that guests are generally happy with their overall food and beverage experiences.
Among the key findings:
-92% of guests say they were satisfied with their food and beverage experience at a Bruegger’s location.
-78% of guests say they were satisfied with the atmosphere and setting at a Bruegger’s location.
-78% of guests say they were satisfied with the service they received at a Bruegger’s location.
