KFC Canada Guest Experience Survey have created a survey available at KFClistens.ca to take feedback about fast-food products and customer service from their Canadian customers. The same survey is also available to Australian KFC customers as the KFC feedback option.

It was only a matter of time before fast food giants started to employ artificial intelligence in order to improve the guest experience. Recently, KFC Canada conducted a survey to see how customers feel about the new AI-powered catboats. The results were interesting, to say the least.

Overall Guest Satisfaction Rating

KFC Canada is one of the most popular fast-food chains in Canada and internationally. The chain has over 2,000 locations across the country and its chicken is well known for its taste and tenderness.

In order to improve the overall guest satisfaction rating of the chain, KFC Canada conducted a Guest Experience Survey in late 2018. The survey was designed to measure how guests felt about their visits to KFC Canada and to identify any areas where improvements could be made.

Results of the survey showed that KFC Canada was rated as very satisfactory by 69% of respondents. This rating was higher than the ratings given by rivals McDonalds (56%) and Burger King (54%).

Menu Options

A recent study by KFC Canada found that the majority of guests surveyed (81%) prefer the option to choose their own meal options when dining in-store. The top three menu selections that guests would like to see more of are the Triple Double, Original Recipe chicken and biscuits and gravy, and Kentucky Hot Chicken.

Here are a few more interesting facts about the survey:

-Nearly half of respondents (48%) said they would like to see more variety in the sides menu items offered at KFC Canada restaurants.
-A third (33%) would like to see more breakfast options available, such as omelette bowls and pancakes.
-More than one in five (21%) guests surveyed said they’d like to see more vegetarian/vegan options on the menu.

Food Quality and Presentation

The survey found that 84 percent of guests say that the food was good, while 86 percent say the presentation was good. Guests also found the drive-thru service helpful and convenient, as well as the cleanliness of the restaurant.
