Results of the McAlister’s Guest Satisfaction Survey
McAlister’s is pleased to announce the results of its 2014 Guest Satisfaction Survey. The survey was sent to guests who dined at McAlister’s restaurants in the past 12 months. The survey asked guests about their experiences with the restaurant, food quality and service.
Overall, 96% of guests were satisfied with their experience at McAlister’s. This is up from 93% satisfaction in 2013 and 87% satisfaction in 2012. The most common reason given for being satisfied was that the food was good (72%), followed by friendly service (68%).
The surveys show that trends continue to be positive for McAlister’s. Guests are happy with the variety of menu items (97%), value for their dollar (94%) and cleanliness of the restaurant (93%).
