Overall, respondents rated Kohl’s customer service as good. 78% of respondents agreed or strongly agreed that Kohl’s provides excellent customer service. This is slightly higher than the average satisfaction rating for retail stores (74%), but lower than the satisfaction ratings for both Walmart (86%) and Target (89%).

When it comes to resolving complaints, Kohl’s fared well. 79% of respondents said they were satisfied with how quickly Kohl’s responded to their complaints, and 67% were satisfied with the resolution of their complaint. These are both higher than the average satisfaction rating for retail stores (72%) and the satisfaction ratings for both Walmart (69%) and Target (71%).

However, Kohl’s received lower ratings when it came to providing contact information for its employees. Only 45% of respondents said they found this information easy to access, which is lower than the average satisfaction rating for retail stores (53%) and the satisfaction ratings for both Walmart (56%) and Target (58%).
